This story is part of Amazon Prime DayCNET’s guide to everything you need to know and how to find the best deals.
While Prime Day doesn’t officially start until Tuesday, July 12, the deals are already in full swing. Amazon likes to offer its subscribers plenty of these early offers before the big day, and this year is no exception. You can find tons of whopping discounts on tons of handy home appliances and gadgets right now, but you might want to think about placing your order sooner rather than later if you see something you like. Many of these deals won’t last until the end of Prime Day.
We’ve been looking for Prime Day deals that are less likely to stick around for the main event, so you can take advantage of the deals before the rest of the world logs in to do their shopping.

Apple
With just a few days before Prime Day, you can snag a pair of Apple AirPods Pro earbuds on Amazon for just $174. These great buds feature active noise cancellation, spatial audio, and a safety-focused transparency mode, as well as up to 4.5 hours of listening time per charge.

LG
The LG C1 55-inch OLED TV is a gorgeous TV that’s at its best price ahead of Prime Day. For just $1,097 (instead of $1,500) you get an OLED TV with HDMI 2.1, 4K and 120Hz refresh rate.

Skullcandy
Skullcandy headphones are known for looking snazzy at a low price, but this deal brings the Sesh Evo true wireless earbuds down to the lowest price point we’ve seen in a long time.

Smart Sheep
If you’re looking for a way to save some money, eliminating the need to buy dryer sheets every month is a pretty good option. These wool dryer balls last a very long time, especially since this is a pack of six and you really only need two in your dryer to remove the static from your laundry, and right now it’s a lot cheaper than usual to get these into your home.

David Carnoy/CNET
This compact Bluetooth speaker has been voted one of our favorites of 2021. It’s both dust and waterproof with IP67 certification and is rated for 16 hours of battery life at moderate volume. The speaker plays bigger than you’d think given its small size, packs a decent punch in the bass, and comes in five cool color options.

Kasa
While the more expensive 2K video version of Kasa’s security camera is great for outdoor surveillance, the 1080p version available today is more than enough camera to function as an inexpensive pet monitor while you’re away. Sound detection is perfect for alerting you when your dog starts barking, and the app even lets you do things like turn on the lights in your house when sound or movement is detected. For $30, it’s hard to find a better pet camera. Just don’t forget to add the coupon to your order on the page before you checkout.

UCOMX
Apple fans know what it’s like to struggle when trying to charge everything. You’ve got your AirPods, Apple Watch, and of course your iPhone, all needing power every night, and most 3-in-1 solutions are expensive. The UCMX 3-in-1 wireless charger tends to be on the cheaper side, but right now it’s even cheaper.

instant pot
Instant Pot made its name with pressure cookers, but the Vortex Air Fryer line is available at a pretty big discount this week. The 5.7 QT capacity means it can prepare smaller family meals in a single cooking session without generating as much heat as a typical oven, and the simple controls are easy for anyone to use. It’s not the cheapest air fryer you can buy, but this is the lowest price we’ve seen for this air fryer so far, and that brand name carries a lot more weight than the competition.
