Conservative pundit Dave Rubin announced he has been suspended from Twitter for merely tweeting news about his own suspension from Twitter of famed Canadian psychology professor and philosopher Jordan Peterson.

On Tuesday, Rubin issued a statement on other social media platforms, revealing his suspension and urging potential Twitter owner Elon Musk to help rid the platform of the “awakened activists” who are the “Big -Tech Censorship” against positions they disagree with.

In the statement, Rubin wrote, “I’ve been suspended from Twitter for posting a screenshot of Jordan Peterson’s tweet which suspended him himself.”

“While it is unclear how I violated their terms of service,” he continued, “it is clear that they are breaching their fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders by allowing a group of Woke activists to run the company.”

Twitter has reportedly suspended Jordan Peterson after he tweeted about Elliot Page

A screenshot provided by Rubin and shared by Conservative users on the social media platform showed Twitter’s message to the expert. The message included the text of Rubin’s tweet about Peterson and a notice to delete that tweet.

Rubin’s offensive tweet on June 29 read: “The madness continues on Twitter. @jordanbpeterson got suspended because of this tweet about Ellen Page. He just told me he will ‘never’ delete the tweet.”

Rubin added “paging @elonmusk…” at the end of his tweet, hoping to get the attention of the billionaire CEO who is trying to buy Twitter and reorganize the company to better protect freedom of speech.

On June 22, Peterson tweeted that trans actress Ellen Page (she now identifies as a man named Elliot) underwent sex reassignment surgery performed by a “criminal doctor.” He wrote: “Remember when pride was a sin? And Ellen Page just had her breasts removed by a criminal doctor.”

Peterson was quickly suspended from the platform that day.

In Rubin’s July 5 statement, he also expressed hope that Musk’s purchase of Twitter “will go through so he can blow up their servers and humanity can get past this ubiquitous, twisted, self-imposed mental institution.”

The commenter mentioned that he would continue to post on his other social media platform. “In the meantime, find me at rubinreport.locals.com, the platform I created to fight major tech censorship…something we need now more than ever.”

Rubin’s allies on the platform criticized Twitter for its treatment of Rubin.

Holy Sh– @RubinReport got suspended for posting about @jordanbpeterson’s suspension. How did he even break any rules?” wrote independent journalist Tim Pool.

Conservative author John Cardillo tweeted: “@RubinReport, who follows all the rules and is an absolute class, has been suspended for tweeting about Peterson’s inappropriate suspension. The Thought Police demand absolute loyalty.”

New York Post columnist Douglas Murray tweeted, “So @RubinReport got suspended from Twitter for commenting on @jordanbpeterson’s suspension from Twitter. Does @Twitter intend to have a future? Could it also explain if Elliot was ever Ellen? Or Caitlyn ever Bruce?”

“Peterson was referring to sex and the left’s assault on objective reality,” explained conservative author Erielle Davidson, adding, “And he was suspended for it. Dave Rubin was then suspended for speaking out about Peterson’s suspension. Orwellian nonsense things tweeted by blue ticks.”
